Course description.

This course is great for beginners and existing therapists. Whether you want to add this to your existing modalities or to become a nail technician.

Units covered.

During the course, you will learn the following: 
  • Client care
  • Contra indications and actions. 
  • Aftercare
  • Provide a manicure 
  • Provide a pedicure
  • Provide nail art
  • Learn how to file, buff, prepare the cuticles, hand and foot massage and polish. 
  • Polish techniques. 
  • Nail art techniques - Flowers, marbling, strips, dotting, foils
  • Promoting services and products 
  • Anatomy and Physiology of the nail
  • Promoting yourself to gain more clients

Assessment method. 

You will be assessed through a practical assessment and assignments. 

What do I need to bring? 

You will need to bring paper, pen, pencil and a packed lunch if you are attending a daytime course.
Refreshments will be provided. There is plenty of parking on site which is free.
