Course description.

The feet are fascinating. There are thousands of nerve ending in each foot and they link to other parts of the body through the peripheral nerve pathways in the body. By working over these reflex points, you can help to treat the body as a whole which will help to enhance and promote wellbeing. 

Units covered.

During the course, you will learn the following: 
  • Client care
  • Contra indications and actions. 
  • Aftercare
  • Massage techniques such as the caterpillar walk. 
  • Products used during reflexology 
  • Equipment need
  • Mapping the feet
  • Consultation 
  • Full reflexology routine
  • History of reflexology
  • Promoting services and products 
  • Anatomy and Physiology of the feet.
  • Promoting yourself to gain more clients

Assessment method. 

You will be assessed through a practical assessment and assignments. 

What do I need to bring? 

You will need to bring paper, pen, pencil and a packed lunch if you are attending a daytime course.
Refreshments will be provided. There is plenty of parking on site which is free.
